The above symptoms are all possible reactions to hidden food allergies/sensitivities. Which foods are involved will be different for each person, because of biochemical individuality. Generally, the most common offenders are milk products, wheat, chocolate, egg, orange, peanut, potato, sugar, seafood, tomato, pork and beef. Almost any food can cause a reaction in a sensitive person – and the foods craved most are usually the culprits. For someone who is sensitive to a particular food, even one molecule of it can be too much. "A little bit of a poison is still a poison" is a catch-phase to keep in mind, because what is a healthy food to one person can be poison to another. For further details see David Rowland’s booklet; One’s Food is Another’s Poison.
