PREMENSTRUAL SYNDROME (PMS)
Check the box for each symptom that applies to you, only if they occur within 14 days prior to and two days after the menstrual period. The more symptoms on the list that a person has – or the more intensely they are experienced – the more likely it is that these symptoms are caused by PMS.

The surge of female hormones renders many women hypoglycemic for part of their monthly cycle. (Refer to "Hypoglycemia" section for dietary guidelines.) For women who get enough magnesium, vitamins A, C, B-1, B-2, B-6, niacinamide and pantothenic acid, PMS is not usually a problem. Supplementation with the Stress Formula, the Female Multi-glandular and flaxseed oil is very effective at helping the body to normalize the fluctuations that cause PMS.
